Antarctic Women's Network Breakfast

AARC together with the AWN is hosting a connection breakfast at the iconic seagrass café at Long Beach (Sandy Bay). Participation includes a small breakfast and good conversations.
Optional morning swim at 7:30am
Prior to the breakfast, AWN is inviting the participants for a morning swim at Long Beach (start 7:30AM) for those keen to dip their toe into the Derwent together with other fabulous Antarctic Women.
Note: Cold water swimming requires some preparation. Please read the safety assessment carefully prior to registration.
Island of Ideas' - Ice and Fire: The Mystery of Heard Island

Hobart Historic Walking Tour

Join us for a guided walking tour through Hobart's historic streets. Discover Hobart’s hidden corners in the company of a passionate local storyteller.
Meeting Point: Stanley Burbury Theatre foyer, University of Tasmania
Meet Time: 5:30pm
Complimentary coach transfers will be provided from the University of Tasmania to the tour starting point. Coaches will depart promptly at 5:45pm.
Please note:
- This is a walking tour.
- Return transportation is not provided. The tour concludes in Hobart's CBD.
- Please wear comfortable walking shoes and warm clothing.
- As the tour will proceed in most weather conditions, please come prepared for rain if required.
Places are strictly limited to 48 participants and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
Laser Tag & Pizza

Get ready for an action-packed evening of laser tag with fellow delegates. We will be playing in multiple shifts, so there is also plenty of time to enjoy some pizza and have a good chat.
